Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior strategy and operating model consultant to partner with senior clients on major transformation programs. You will design future-proof operating models, evaluate solutions, and lead diverse teams to deliver sustainable change across the enterprise.

You will travel 80%–100% to client sites, engage stakeholders, and drive value realization through data-driven insights and robust storytelling. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of consulting experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years in organization strategy, operating model design, shared services design, or related areas.
• 5+ years of consulting experience.
• Experience building client relationships and driving value realization.
• Strong data analysis and storytelling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior clients on their biggest business challenges.
• Evaluate actionable solutions, their value, and the roadmap to deliver change.
• Design future-proof operating models that enable the future of work and new skills.
• Lead cross-functional teams and drive insights using data models and visualization tools.
• Travel 80%–100% as required.
