Job summary

GPC is seeking a Talent Onboarding & Operations Manager to lead enterprise onboarding and New Hire Orientation. You will partner across Talent and HR Operations to ensure a consistent, engaging start for new hires and to strengthen the onboarding journey.

You will design end-to-end onboarding, establish standards, and develop content for leaders and teams, coordinating with business partners to scale while meeting diverse needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
• Proven experience designing and delivering onboarding programs.
• Strong ability to manage complex programs across multiple functions and locations.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise onboarding and New Hire Orientation experience end-to-end.
• Design and improve the new hire journey from pre-boarding to early-tenure milestones.
• Establish onboarding standards, tools, resources, and experiences across the organization.
• Develop and maintain onboarding content, journeys, and leader resources.
• Partner with Talent, HR Ops, and business leaders to meet diverse needs.
• Create scalable approaches balancing consistency with role-specific needs.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities and stakeholders for onboarding delivery.
• Gather feedback from new hires and leaders to improve onboarding.
• Support Talent operations, processes, tools, and program coordination.
• Provide routine Talent reporting and insights to inform decisions.
• Support broader Talent initiatives as business needs evolve.
