Job summary

FirstEnergy Corp. is seeking an Onboarding Program Manager to architect a scalable, enterprise-wide onboarding strategy across roles and locations. You will own the onboarding lifecycle and lead executive onboarding to accelerate leader integration and business impact.

You will partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and IT to optimize journeys, leverage HR technology and analytics, and continuously improve engagement, retention and time-to-productivity for new hires.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in onboarding, employee experience or program management.
• Experience designing and improving onboarding programs in complex environments.
• Experience supporting executive leaders and engaging senior stakeholders.
• Strong program management, process improvement and change management skills.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into leadership reporting.
• Experience with HR technology and digital onboarding tools; Oracle HCM familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish, launch and govern a scalable enterprise onboarding program across locations.
• Design executive onboarding experiences and 30-, 60-, 90-day integration plans.
• Lead change management, communications and adoption activities for onboarding.
• Manage program plans, risks, vendors and budget to ensure timely execution.
• Develop dashboards and leadership reporting on onboarding metrics and outcomes.
• Collaborate with HRIS, Talent Acquisition and Enterprise Learning to improve experiences.
