Job summary

FirstEnergy is seeking a strategic Onboarding Program Manager to establish a scalable, enterprise onboarding strategy across roles and locations. You will own the onboarding lifecycle, lead executive onboarding and partner with HR, Talent Acquisition and IT to improve experience, engagement and time-to-productivity.

The role requires strong program management, analytics, and the ability to influence without direct authority in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in onboarding, employee experience, talent management, recruiting operations or program management.
• Experience designing onboarding programs in a complex corporate environment.
• Experience supporting executives and facilitating with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Program Design & Execution: Establish, launch and govern a scalable enterprise onboarding program with differentiated executive onboarding.
• Executive Onboarding: Design and orchestrate high-touch onboarding and integration for executive hires.
• Continuous Improvement & Analytics: Establish measurement, dashboards and leadership reporting on onboarding metrics.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align cross-functional partners to deliver an integrated onboarding experience.
