Job summary

PERSUIT is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to design and map data for large, complex enterprise onboarding projects. You will translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, coordinating with Onboarding, Integrations, and sales teams across Legal, Procurement, Finance, and IT.

You will drive discovery, scope complex integrations with ERP/financial systems, and mentor junior staff, ensuring clear, actionable implementation briefs and successful deployments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in senior/lead solutions roles.
• Senior solutions architecture or similar customer-facing role in legal tech or enterprise SaaS.
• Experience mapping and scoping integrations across ERP/AP/financial systems.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into clear and actionable designs.
• Comfort working with senior stakeholders across Legal, Procurement, Finance, and IT.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, design, and data mapping for large onboarding projects.
• Translate requirements into clear implementation briefs for Onboarding and Integrations.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Legal, Procurement, Finance, IT.
• Define integrations with ERP/financial systems such as Workday, Oracle, NetSuite.
• Provide solution oversight during implementation and mentor team members.
• Support pre-sales with technical feasibility assessments for complex opportunities.
• Contribute to product roadmap and AI opportunities based on implementations.
