Job summary

Riverside Casino & Golf Resort is seeking a Technology Manager, Network Engineering & Telecommunications to lead enterprise network and telecom operations across our multi-property portfolio. You will oversee WAN/LAN, wireless, firewall, VPN, voice systems, and connectivity, aligning with security and compliance requirements.

You will mentor a team, coordinate with IT, surveillance, and gaming systems, drive infrastructure projects, support uptime and disaster recovery, and report to Technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Network Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• 6+ years of hands‑on enterprise network engineering or telecommunications experience.
• 2+ years of technology leadership or management experience.
• Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent certifications.
• Strong experience supporting enterprise switching, routing, firewalls, wireless infrastructure, telecommunications systems, carrier services, and WAN connectivity.
• Experience with Cisco, Meraki, VMware networking, or equivalent enterprise technologies preferred.
• Experience within gaming, hospitality, or multi‑site operational environments preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Advanced knowledge of enterprise networking principles, telecommunications infrastructure, wireless technologies, routing, switching, firewall administration, VPN technologies, and operational connectivity standards.
• Strong understanding of network security concepts, segmentation strategies, operational resiliency, and infrastructure redundancy.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience supporting business‑critical operational environments with high uptime requirements.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills suitable for operational leadership and executive communications.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, infrastructure initiatives, operational incidents, and vendor relationships simultaneously.
• Ability to explain technical networking concepts and operational impacts to non‑technical personnel and leadership.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence, security, and compliance.
• Familiarity with ITIL principles, enterprise operational support models, and infrastructure change management processes.
• Ability to work independently while communicating operational status, risks, and project updates to technology leadership.
• Strong understanding of enterprise operational continuity and infrastructure support expectations.
• Ability to prioritize operational incidents, infrastructure risks, and organizational initiatives effectively.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain applicable gaming licenses.
• Assure ongoing compliance with Elite Casino Resorts policies, procedures, gaming regulations, and all applicable operational standards.
• Ability to work within a fast‑paced, multi‑property operational environment while maintaining professionalism and operational focus.

Responsibilities

• Mentors assigned personnel and supports disaster recovery planning.
• Participates in change management and governance.
