Job summary

Elite Casino Resorts is seeking a Technology Manager, Engineering & Telecommunications to lead enterprise network and telecom engineering across multiple properties. You will oversee WAN/LAN, wireless, firewalls, VPNs, voice systems, and connectivity to support gaming, hospitality, and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes collaboration with IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and operations, mentoring staff, coordinating vendor relations, and ensuring reliability, security, and scalable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Networking, Telecommunications, CS or related field preferred.
• 6+ years of hands-on enterprise network engineering or telecom experience.
• 2+ years of technology leadership or management experience preferred.
• CCNA, CCNP or equivalent certifications required.
• Experience with enterprise switching, routing, firewalls, wireless infra, WAN connectivity.
• Experience with Cisco, Meraki, VMware networking or equivalents preferred.
• Experience in gaming, hospitality, or multi-site environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise network engineering, telecommunications administration, and approved deployment initiatives across properties.
• Oversee LAN/WAN, wireless systems, firewalls, VPNs, and voice systems administration and performance.
• Coordinate operational support for engineers, administrators, vendors, and carriers.
• Assist with network architecture planning, modernization, and telecom upgrades.
• Serve as senior escalation point for networking issues, incidents, outages, and VPN concerns.
• Implement and maintain secure network configurations and firewall policies in coordination with cybersecurity leadership.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure reliable and secure communications across business functions.
• Ensure reliability, continuity, compliance, and adherence to tech standards and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with evaluating new networking tech and vendor coordination.
• Lead and mentor assigned personnel, manage workload, and supervise performance.
