Job summary
Elite Casino Resorts is seeking a Technology Manager, Engineering & Telecommunications to lead enterprise network and telecom engineering across multiple properties. You will oversee WAN/LAN, firewalls, VPNs, wireless, and voice systems, ensuring reliability, security, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications
- 6+ years hands-on enterprise network engineering or telecom in a complex ops environment.
- 2+ years technology leadership or management experience preferred.
- CCNA/CCNP or equivalent certifications required.
- Experience with Cisco, Meraki, VMware networking preferred.
- Gaming/hospitality or multi-site environments preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise network engineering, telecommunications administration, and operational support across multiple properties.
- Oversee LAN/WAN, wireless, firewalls, VPNs, connectivity, and voice systems.
- Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and support providers.
- Assist with enterprise network architecture planning and infrastructure modernization.
- Serve as senior escalation point for networking issues and outages.
- Ensure security configurations, segmentation, and remote access aligned with cybersecurity.
