Job summary

Hussmann is seeking a Network Manager to lead the strategy, design, and operation of its enterprise network infrastructure. You will manage a team of network architects, engineers, and administrators to ensure a secure, high-performing global network that supports future growth.

You will collaborate with IT and business units to modernize services, drive operational excellence, and deliver innovative infrastructure solutions across on-premise and cloud environments (Azure/AWS).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of progressive experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise network environments.
• 3+ years of experience leading technical teams.
• Strong expertise in enterprise routing, switching, wireless networking, SD-WAN, and network security.
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise network environments.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of the enterprise network infrastructure.
• Ensure the availability, performance, scalability, and security of LAN, SD-WAN, wireless, routing, switching, VPN, firewall, and cloud networking environments.
• Oversee network architecture, lifecycle management, technology upgrades, and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
• Lead major incident response and drive continuous improvements in network reliability and performance.
