Job summary

HNI Corporation is seeking a Sr. Manager, Enterprise Network Operations to lead reliability, security, and performance of global enterprise networks and telecom services.

This role combines hands-on leadership with modernization of the network stack across LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, wireless, cloud and data center connectivity. The position is based at our IT Headquarters in Muscatine, IA with at least 50% onsite presence and direct reports.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive enterprise network engineering, operations, or telecom experience.
• 5+ years leading network/telecom engineering teams.
• Experience managing network connectivity across hybrid cloud/on-prem environments.
• Strong background in enterprise network architecture, routing and switching, and scale.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute long-term operational strategy and roadmaps for enterprise networking and telecom.
• Collaborate with architects on roadmaps supporting application modernization and hybrid cloud.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise standards, cybersecurity, and compliance.
• Oversee LAN/WAN/SD-WAN, wireless, cloud connectivity, and voice services.
