Job summary

Hussmann is seeking a Cloud & On‑Prem Compute Infrastructure Manager to lead strategy, deployment, and support across Microsoft Azure and on‑prem environments in Bridgeton, MO. You will guide a team of infra engineers, drive modernization, automation, and disaster recovery initiatives while partnering with Cybersecurity and Architecture to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering or equivalent.
8+ years of enterprise infrastructure experience.
3+ years leading technical teams or infrastructure initiatives.
Hybrid cloud experience and migrating workloads to Microsoft Azure.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, virtualization, storage, backup, DR, and security.
Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, PowerShell, and automation.
Excellent communication, analytical and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise compute across Azure and on‑premises infrastructure.
Develop roadmaps; drive cloud modernization, automation and improvements.
Ensure reliable, secure and efficient infrastructure services for operations.
Lead major incidents; drive root cause analysis and service improvements.
Partner with Cybersecurity, Architecture and business leaders to deliver scalable solutions.
