Job summary

Scot Forge is seeking an experienced Corporate Functional Manager, NDT, to lead enterprise NDT operations across multiple facilities in Spring Grove, Franklin Park, and Clinton. You will shape strategy, standardize practices, and ensure compliance with customer and industry requirements while developing talent and ensuring safety, quality, and productivity.

The role requires 10+ years in NDT or related manufacturing with leadership, and ASNT Level III certification is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in NDT or related manufacturing with leadership roles.
• Experience in heavy manufacturing environments (forging, steel, metals, foundry, aerospace).
• Deep knowledge of UT, MT, PT methods.
• ASNT Level III preferred; multiple method certifications desirable.
• Proven ability to lead transformational change across locations.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise-wide NDT strategy, standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical oversight of UT, MT, and PT programs across all facilities.
• Oversee NDT personnel qualification, training, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Ensure compliance with customer, industry, and internal requirements for NDT processes, equipment, and records.
• Lead capital planning, technology investments, equipment modernization, and process standardization for NDT.
