Job summary

Scot Forge Company seeks a Corporate Functional Manager for Non-Destructive Testing to lead enterprise-wide NDT strategy across our facilities. The role focuses on developing standards, driving operational excellence, and ensuring compliance with industry requirements.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in NDT/Quality with leadership experience, ASNT Level III preferred, and a background in heavy industrial manufacturing. Relocation assistance is available.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of NDT/Quality/Metallurgical or related manufacturing experience with leadership of technical teams, operations, or multi-site initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of NDT methods (UT, MT, PT) and associated certifications preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in metallurgy or engineering or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and govern enterprise-wide NDT strategy, standards, and performance across facilities.
• Oversee UT/MT/PT programs, qualification, training, and certification systems.
• Partner with Plant Managers and Quality to improve safety, quality, and throughput.
