Job summary

Pavion Corp in Allentown, PA is seeking a Core Commercial Sales Representative to drive new enterprise multi-site opportunities in the Eastern Pennsylvania market. You will develop and execute a strategic sales plan, build networks, and serve as the main contact for key accounts.

The role requires 3–5 years of sales experience, a Bachelor's degree, and a valid driver's license. Salary range $70-90K plus commission with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years sales experience preferably in the security integration business, but at minimum a customer service–oriented role.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Knowledge of competitive landscape is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Innovative, self-starter with the ability to represent Pavion professionally and ethically.
• Excellent problem-solving and meeting facilitation skills.
• Develop and execute a strong business plan with advanced selling skills (qualification, lead gen, new business development, account penetration, negotiations).
• Build a network of business relationships to create sales opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to take large accounts from competitors where possible.
• Serve as the main contact with customers; nurture relationships to grow business within accounts.
