Job summary

Pavion Corp is seeking a talented Core Commercial Sales Representative to drive new Enterprise Level multi-site business opportunities from companies in the Eastern Pennsylvania market. You will develop and execute strategic selling plans and serve as the trusted advisor to key customers.

The role requires 3–5 years of sales experience (security integration preferred), a Bachelor's Degree, and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Represent Pavion in a professional, ethical manner to gain confidence.
• Develop and execute a strong business plan with advanced selling skills (qualify prospects, lead generation, new business development, account penetration, strategic selling, consultative selling, negotiation, contracts).
• Identify opportunities to win large enterprise accounts from competitors where possible.
• Serve as the key contact with customers; develop and nurture these key relationships to grow business within the accounts.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of customers and their issues to drive long-term results and become their trusted advisor.

Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Core Commercial Sales Representative to join our security business unit. This Core Commercial Sales Representative will be focused on driving new Enterprise Level multi-site business opportunities from companies incorporated out of the Eastern Pennsylvania Market.

Primary Responsibilities

• Innovative, self-starter with the self- confidence and ability to represent the Pavion Company in a professional, ethical manner to gain a high level of confidence.
• Excellent problem-solving and meeting facilitation skills.
• Develop and execute a strong business plan, advanced selling skills, e.g., qualify prospects, lead generation, new business development, account penetration, strategic selling, conceptual selling, issues-based selling, consultative selling, negotiation, and contracts (closing).
• Experience building network of business relationships to create sales opportunities.
• Identify target opportunities to 'take' large customer sales from our competitors where possible.
• Serve as the key point of contact with your customers; develop/nurture these key relationships to grow business within the accounts.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of customers and their issues to drive long term results and become their trusted advisor.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3 to 5 years sales experience preferably in the security integration business but at minimum a customer service-oriented business.
• Valid Driver Licenses

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the competitive landscape and key influencers
• Proven history of sales success identifying and developing (hunting) new business opportunities

The salary range for this position is $70-90K annually, plus commission. The starting salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience, education, skills, certifications, and internal equity.
