Salesforce, Inc. seeks a Customer Risk Manager to own a defined portfolio and serve as the primary escalation point for enterprise accounts. You will partner with executives and cross‑functional teams to resolve complex issues, mitigate attrition risk, and drive strategic outcomes.

You will apply deep MuleSoft and API knowledge to ensure best practices across the Red Account lifecycle, balancing risk management with business impact and executive engagement.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in account management, consultation, project management, and/or escalation management.
• Strong ability to communicate with executives and translate technical concepts to business terms.
• Experience with MuleSoft development or implementation is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and increase satisfaction.
• Own a defined portfolio, territory, or Cloud — accountable for health, prioritization, and outcomes of all risk within scope.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for enterprise-level customers, managing high‑complexity, high‑visibility accounts.
• Operate as a subject matter expert on the Red Account lifecycle, defining best practices and ensuring consistency across the organization.
• Develop trusted relationships with executive‑level leadership across the organization.
