Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking an Enterprise Mobility Engineer to design, develop, support and maintain mobility IT solutions across the enterprise. You will manage MDM configurations, device OS support, and integration with business systems, ensuring secure and scalable mobility for brands under KnitWell.

This role requires a Bachelor’s in IT and 4+ years in infrastructure and operations, with hands-on mobility experience in retail environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
4+ years of experience in information systems infrastructure and operations.
Experience with mobility technologies, mobile devices, and IT retail environment.
Experience providing production support of business-environment technologies.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

Manages MDM configurations, device OS support and integration with mobility systems.
Evaluates mobility solutions and maintains enterprise mobility infrastructure.
Provides technical support to resolve wireless and device-related issues.
Collaborates with teams to define and deliver mobility solutions aligned to business needs.
Develops automation scripts for deployments, reporting and data retrieval.
Monitors system performance and troubleshoots application issues.
