Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience administering an enterprise EMM/MDM/UEM solution.
• Hands-on experience with Android Enterprise (Work Profile, Fully Managed, COPE).
• Working knowledge of Active Directory / Entra ID integration, certificate-based auth, and Wi-Fi/VPN profile configuration.
• Experience in ITIL-based support environments using a ticketing system such as Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Administer the Knox Manage platform, including directory synchronization, RBAC, licenses, and service integrations.
• Configure and maintain device policies, profiles, and compliance rules; monitor and remediate non-compliant devices.
• Manage device lifecycle: enrollment, remote wipe, decommissioning of inactive devices.
• Deploy and maintain public, third-party SaaS, and in-house apps with target groups and version updates.
• Validate compatibility of new device models, OS upgrades, and Knox Manage releases before rollout.
• Troubleshoot incidents as Tier 2; escalate to vendor support and drive to resolution with RCA and KB updates.
• Follow change management; prepare monthly operations reports and maintain SOPs.

Job description

We are seeking an EMM Administrator to manage and operate an enterprise mobility management (EMM) platform for a large enterprise client. The role is responsible for day-to-day platform administration, device policy and application lifecycle management, and pre-production validation of new devices and operating system releases. The administrator will also serve as the Tier 2 point of escalation for mobile device issues.The ideal candidate has hands‑on Android Enterprise expertise, strong operational discipline, and the ability to communicate clearly with technical and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer the Knox Manage platform, including directory (user/group) synchronization, admin RBAC, license utilization, and service integrations (Managed Google Play, certificates).
• Configure and maintain device policies, profiles, and compliance rules (password, encryption, restrictions, Wi‑Fi/VPN/Email); monitor and remediate non‑compliant devices.
• Manage the device lifecycle: enrollment (KME / Android Enterprise), remote lock/wipe for lost or departing‑user devices, and inactive device decommissioning.
• Deploy and maintain public, third‑party SaaS, and in‑house mobile applications, including target groups, version updates, and managed app configuration.
• Validate compatibility of new device models, Android OS/One UI upgrades, Knox Manage releases, and new features (COPE, Knox Guard, DeX) before production rollout.
• Troubleshoot device, OS, and app incidents as Tier 2; Escalate issues to vendor support and drive them to resolution, including root cause analysis (RCA) and knowledge base (KB) updates.
• Follow change management procedures; prepare the monthly operations report and maintain SOPs and configuration baseline documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience administering an enterprise EMM/MDM/UEM solution (Microsoft Intune, VMware Workspace ONE, MobileIron/Ivanti, or similar).
• Hands‑on experience with Android Enterprise (Work Profile, Fully Managed, COPE) and Managed Google Play app deployment.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory / Entra ID integration, certificate‑based authentication, and Wi‑Fi/VPN profile configuration.
• Experience in an ITIL‑based support environment (incident, problem, and change management) using a ticketing system such as Salesforce.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to produce clear reports and documentation.
• Ability to work on‑site and occasionally outside business hours for maintenance windows or critical incidents.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience with the EMM platform (Knox Manage, Knox Mobile Enrollment, Knox Guard, Knox Service Plugin).
• Certifications such as Microsoft MD‑102, CompTIA Mobility+/Security+, ITIL 4 Foundation, or an enterprise mobility management (EMM) certification are preferred.
• Experience supporting large global enterprise environment.
