Job summary

The Brixton Group is seeking an IT Deployment Project Coordinator to support a large-scale MacBook deployment and device refresh program. This hands-on role focuses on keeping rollouts on schedule, maintaining deployment data, and tracking hardware through the asset lifecycle.

You will coordinate deployments across locations, manage inventories, build trackers and dashboards, and partner with technology, logistics and asset management teams to resolve deployment issues.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT project coordination, device deployment, hardware refresh, or endpoint rollout experience.
• 2+ years of IT asset management experience, including inventory, asset tracking, recovery, or reconciliation.
• 2+ years working with deployment data, Excel trackers, dashboards, or status reporting.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT asset/inventory management tools.
• Strong coordination skills with experience supporting large-scale enterprise technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate device deployments, refresh schedules, user readiness, and rollout activities across multiple locations.
• Track MacBook inventory and reconcile deployed devices with returned or retired hardware.
• Maintain accurate deployment lists, asset records, exceptions, and status updates.
• Build and maintain deployment trackers, dashboards, and progress reports.
• Partner with technology, logistics, asset management, and business teams to resolve deployment issues.
