• Schedule and confirm pickups and deliveries with carriers and shippers.
• Monitor shipment status and update milestones in the TMS for real-time visibility.
• Retrieve and file shipment documents like BOLs, PODs, and rate confirmations.
• Process shipment-level adjustments and resolve billing discrepancies with teams.
