BlueGrace Logistics LLC seeks an Enterprise Sales Operations Representative to support Enterprise Operations with day-to-day shipment execution for large accounts. You will ensure accurate load building, appointment scheduling, tracking, and issue resolution while collaborating with account managers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, freight operations, customer service, or related field preferred; entry-level candidates considered.
• Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) or logistics software is a plus.
• Strong data entry and high-volume task management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for enterprise inquiries related to active shipments.
• Respond to inbound communications within SLAs.
• Build and enter shipment orders accurately in the TMS.
• Verify shipment details and ensure load information meets requirements.
• Schedule and confirm pickup/delivery appointments with carriers.
• Monitor shipment status and update milestones in the system.
• Retrieve and manage shipment documents (BOLs, PODs, invoices).
• Process shipment-level adjustments and resolve billing discrepancies.
