Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful implementation of the Next Generation LMS project. You will develop detailed schedules using Microsoft Project and manage scope, timelines, risks, issues, and change requests.

As the primary client liaison, you will facilitate meetings, track status and performance metrics, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and provide best-practice guidance to ensure milestones are met and client satisfaction remains

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience leading projects of similar size and complexity.
• PMP certification is required.
• Experience managing enterprise software implementation projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project for schedule creation and management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful implementation of the Next Generation LMS project.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project, incorporating input from project stakeholders.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, issues, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track and communicate project status, outstanding issues, software releases, and future system enhancements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and the implementation team.
• Facilitate regular project meetings, including weekly status meetings and quarterly business reviews.
• Prepare meeting agendas and provide updates on: Project status, Performance metrics, Technical issues, Resource and personnel updates, Contract-related items, Outstanding action items.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Provide industry best practices and strategic guidance throughout the implementation.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
