Job summary

The Boeing Company seeks a Learning Delivery and Integration Manager to lead the integration of enterprise learning programs and collaborate with Learning & Development, HR, and business teams to improve learner experiences and workforce readiness. You will drive cross-functional learning delivery and leverage data to measure outcomes across the enterprise, with travel up to 25% to support objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a leadership role (team lead, temp manager, large cross-functional project/program) or completed Boeing’s Exploring Leadership course.
• 5+ years working on cross-functional projects.
• 5+ years analyzing data to extract insights for strategic decisions.
• 5+ years managing metrics to drive data-driven decisions.
• 5+ years developing and implementing long-term strategies.
• 3+ years interfacing between vendor and integration team for service setup/reconfiguration.
• Experience with learning data and LMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead global employees to execute enterprise learning delivery across functions.
• Lead enterprise learning integration strategies aligning programs, systems, processes, and services with business priorities.
• Partner with business, supplier, and L&D leaders to deliver integrated learning experiences.
• Advance learning technologies and experiences to accelerate growth.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to implement learning solutions and manage dependencies.
• Drive process optimization, innovation, and scalable solutions for operational performance.
• Establish governance, rhythms, and metrics for learning services and programs.
• Use data, analytics, feedback, and industry insights to measure outcomes and inform decisions.
• Promote collaboration across L&D for better integration and efficiency.
• Foster innovation, accountability, inclusion, and partnerships; travel up to 25%.
