Job summary

Boeing is seeking a Senior Learning Program Management Specialist to join the Production System Training team. The role focuses on enterprise-wide training compliance and program management across Seattle, Everett, Renton, and other listed sites.

The successful candidate will manage lifecycle plans, schedules, risk assessments, and performance reporting, partnering with senior leaders across operations, IT, and HR. Onsite work is required at one of the listed locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management.
• 5+ years of aerospace manufacturing operations and/or manufacturing support.
• 3+ years of experience using curriculum management and/or Instructional Systems Design (ISD) methodologies, systems and tools
• 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams
• Experience in producing and presenting presentations at the Executive level
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple enterprise-wide production training and compliance initiatives
• Develop schedules, reports, metrics, and change activity; communicate updates and maintain plans throughout the program lifecycle
• Coordinate with project teams, stakeholders, suppliers, and others to ensure project scope and deliverables are executed on time
• Facilitate communication across functions, organizations, and stakeholders to ensure a unified approach to training and compliance initiatives
• Create and maintain clear, integrated project schedules that keep teams aligned with key milestones
• Develop performance measures and KPIs, analyze risks and opportunities, and provide meaningful updates and recommendations to support decisions
• Develop and document process compliance, while actively identifying improvements and best practices
• Prepare and present executive-level reports and presentations on training program effectiveness, including recommendations for leadership
