Ideal candidates have extensive instructional design experience, knowledge of adult learning theory, and the ability to measure learning impact using data, AI, and real-world outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in learning and development, instructional design, or related field.
• Extensive experience designing enterprise learning and capability-building solutions.
• Experience owning strategy and architecture across multiple learning programs or domains.

Responsibilities

• Architect enterprise learning strategies and experiences that address complex organizational capability needs and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Translate business priorities, learner insights, and performance data into scalable learning architectures and curricula across multiple domains.
• Lead end-to-end learning ecosystems: needs analysis, solution architecture, content strategy, delivery models, measurement, and continuous improvement.
• Establish standards and reusable patterns for accessible, engaging learning experiences across the organization.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align learning investments with priorities and drive adoption.
• Design role-based AI learning pathways for Technology job families in collaboration with Developer Experience.
