Jobgether SRL is seeking a Language Access Partnerships Program Manager in the United States to lead the enterprise vendor strategy for interpreter services within a major healthcare environment. You will manage relationships with interpreter agencies and translation providers, oversee onboarding and compliance, and drive cost optimization and performance improvements across the vendor portfolio.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years vendor management, procurement, or healthcare contract management.
• Expertise in vendor selection, contracting, performance management, relationship management, and strategic sourcing.
• Strong contract negotiation skills, including SLAs and complex vendor relationships.
• Proven ability to analyze vendor costs, utilization, rates, ROI to identify optimization opportunities.
• Experience developing vendor scorecards, performance dashboards, KPIs, and structured business reviews.
• Knowledge of healthcare vendor compliance, credentialing, regulatory standards, and contractual risk.
• Excellent stakeholder management across operations, legal, procurement, compliance, and leadership.
• Strong project management capabilities for onboarding, transitions, initiatives, continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead the enterprise vendor management strategy for language services, setting standards for vendor selection, performance, quality, compliance, and relationships.
• Oversee onboarding, contracting, credentialing, and ongoing compliance of interpreter agencies and translation vendors.
• Manage strategic relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring service reliability, quality, and coverage aligned with contracts.
• Monitor performance against SLAs, quality standards, and KPIs via scorecards, dashboards, and business reviews.
• Drive cost optimization through negotiations, volume management, rate analysis, sourcing strategies, and portfolio optimization.
• Analyze vendor economics, including cost per encounter, utilization, financial impact, ROI, and provide leadership with recommendations.
• Negotiate contracts and amendments in partnership with legal, procurement, and operations.
• Coordinate with centralized operations on utilization, escalation, and coverage gaps.
• Establish and manage vendor risk, compliance, and business continuity processes to preserve service continuity.
• Develop structured performance improvement plans and feedback mechanisms to strengthen vendor quality.
• Report vendor performance, cost trends, risks, and program effectiveness to senior leadership.
• Evaluate emerging vendor capabilities and technologies to enhance language access and efficiency.
• Ensure consistent, high-quality interpretation services and equitable access across languages.
