Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in data analytics, BI, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred in data science, business analytics, healthcare informatics, or related field.
• Data analytics certifications preferred (Power BI, Tableau, SQL).
• Advanced data analytics certifications preferred in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise data, BI, and analytics strategy for Language Services.
• Develop and manage performance dashboards, reports, and visualizations for decisions.
• Provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to AVP leadership.
• Design and maintain data governance frameworks, standards, and QA processes.
• Manage enterprise reporting including KPIs, SLAs, utilization metrics, and financials.
• Partner with functional areas to identify data needs and build reporting solutions.
• Lead trend analysis, forecasting, and predictive analytics for planning.
• Collaborate with IT on data integration, warehouse design, and connectivity.
• Develop analytics tools (Power BI, Excel, SQL) for the department.
• Support business case development with ROI modeling and impact assessment.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and reliability across systems.
• Train stakeholders on data literacy and self-service reporting.
• Manage ad hoc data requests for leadership and operations.
