Job summary

Aurora Health Care is seeking a highly experienced leader to drive the Language Access Interpreter Services analytics strategy. You will own enterprise data, BI dashboards, and reporting to support operational and strategic decisions.

The role requires 7+ years in data analytics/BI within healthcare, strong Power BI/SQL/Excel skills, and proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights while managing governance and data quality across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in data analytics, BI, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred in data science, business analytics, healthcare informatics, or related field.
• Data analytics or BI certifications preferred (Power BI, Tableau, SQL).
• Advanced data analytics certifications preferred.
• Healthcare analytics or informatics certifications a plus.
• Typically requires 7+ years of progressive experience in data analytics, BI, or healthcare reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise data, business intelligence, and analytics strategy for Language Services.
• Develop and manage performance dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for operational and strategic decision-making.
• Provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to AVP leadership and functional leaders.
• Design and maintain data governance frameworks, standards, and quality assurance processes.
• Manage enterprise reporting including KPIs, SLAs, utilization metrics, and financial performance.
• Partner with all functional areas to identify data needs, define metrics, and build reporting solutions.
• Lead trend analysis, forecasting, and predictive analytics to support strategic planning.
• Collaborate with IT on data integration, warehouse design, and platform connectivity.
• Develop and manage analytics tools and platforms (Power BI, Excel, SQL) for the department.
• Support business case development with data analysis, ROI modeling, and impact assessment.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all reporting and analytics systems.
• Train and develop stakeholders on data literacy, dashboard usage, and self-service reporting.
• Manage ad hoc data requests and analysis projects for leadership and operational teams.
• Represent Language Services data and analytics in enterprise reporting and governance forums.
