Job summary

Penske Transportation Solutions is seeking a Labor Relations Program Manager to lead enterprise-wide programs and initiatives across the Labor Relations function. You will manage project lifecycles from planning to execution, while coordinating with Field & Corporate HR, Shared Services, and WFSA to deliver tailored communications and impactful outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required.
Experience leading and managing projects required; formal training is a plus.
Extremely strong communication skills (oral, written, presentations).
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365 applications.

Responsibilities

Manage and lead Labor Relations programs, projects, and initiatives throughout the enterprise.
Collaborate with multiple levels within the organization to evaluate associate and business requirements.
Consult with Senior Management in Labor Relations to propose expanded initiatives.
Interface with cross-functional teams to achieve program goals.
Institute measures to monitor Labor processes.
Collaborate with other HR Program Managers to ensure consistent management processes.
Perform other programs and tasks as assigned.
