Job summary

ERT, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Jamf Engineer in Arlington, VA. This role involves managing Jamf Pro for macOS devices, ensuring effective deployment, configuration, and support for approximately 150 users. The engineer will focus on security compliance, automation, and user support while collaborating with the MDM team. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience with Jamf Pro, excellent communication skills, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. Clearance eligibility is also necessary.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing macOS devices in an enterprise using Jamf Pro.
• Proven track record of supporting MDM solutions for 100-200 users.
• Expertise in Smart Groups, Policies, and PreStage Enrollments.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Jamf Pro for macOS devices.
• Administer and troubleshoot macOS devices for compliance.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for macOS-related issues.
• Enforce security policies and manage device encryption.
• Develop scripts to automate workflows within Jamf Pro.
