Kforce Inc is seeking a Remote/Hybrid Senior IS Program Manager to lead large, enterprise-wide divestiture and transformation programs across Washington or Oregon. This 12-month contract role requires coordinating multiple IS teams, governance, and executive communications to drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of information services project/program management experience.
• 5+ years leading large-scale enterprise programs with executive visibility.
• Direct experience supporting divestitures, mergers, acquisitions, separation planning, integration planning, or enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead multiple technology, business, shared services, and vendor workstreams.
• Strong program governance, portfolio management, risk management, and change management experience.
• Experience developing integrated program plans, roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and executive reporting.
