Job summary

OpenGov Inc. seeks an IT Support Specialist II to deliver world-class technical support for employees and become a subject matter expert on OpenGov systems. You will lead end-user training, author knowledge articles, and identify process improvements across IT tools.

You will be the escalation point for complex issues, mentor the IT Support team, support the executive staff, and travel to OpenGov facilities as needed to resolve advanced technical challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 3 years in corporate IT support with demonstrated troubleshooting skills.
• Minimum 2 years providing executive-level support.
• Proficiency across OSX, Windows, iOS, and Android.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary escalation point for employees seeking technical assistance across in-person, chat, phone and email.
• Maintain in-office presence five days a week to address support requests.
• Oversee upkeep of office systems including teleconferencing, networking and AV equipment.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting, install, configure, and maintain hardware, software and peripherals.
