Qualifications

• Knowledge of networking concepts (IP addressing, ports, protocols, firewalls)
• Experience with security accreditation and compliance documentation
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and enterprise governance frameworks
• Proficiency in MS Office, Visio, and documentation platforms like Confluence/SharePoint
• Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills
