Job summary

Delaplex, Inc. is seeking an experienced onshore Technical Writer with warehousing and logistics domain expertise to develop comprehensive documentation for our enterprise software suite.

You will bridge the gap between technical functionality and practical operations by creating presales collateral, internal configuration references, and clear user manuals for warehouse floor teams, while collaborating with product, engineering and project leads during local business hours.

Qualifications

• Experience documenting solutions within Warehousing, WMS, supply chain execution or logistics.
• Ability to tailor documentation for commercial presales, engineers and frontline staff.
• Strong background in structured software manuals, config guides and release notes.
• Excellent interview, synthesis and writing skills across business hours with local teams.

Responsibilities
