Qualifications

• Domain Expertise: Warehousing, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Supply Chain Execution, or Logistics.
• Audience Adaptability: Tailor documentation for diverse audiences—from presales to internal engineers and frontline staff.
• Technical Writing Acumen: Experience producing structured software manuals, configuration guides, release notes, and product overviews.
• Communication & Alignment: Strong interview, synthesis, and writing skills; coordinate across local hours with engineering and management teams.

Responsibilities

• Presales Documentation (What Does Our Software Support): Author high-level, business-focused docs highlighting core capabilities and business value for non-technical stakeholders.
• Internal Technical & Configuration Guide (How Does Our Software Support): Create in-depth technical docs for product, engineering, and implementation teams detailing architecture, configuration, integration workflows, and best practices.
• Client User Manuals & SOPs: Develop clear, task-oriented end-user manuals and operating guides for warehouse operations and floor teams.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, developers, project leads, and domain experts during local business hours to gather requirements and validate workflows.
