Job summary

Vast is seeking an Information Systems Support Specialist to provide day-to-day technical assistance to internal staff from the Long Beach office. You will be the first contact for issues, triaging problems and delivering timely solutions for enterprise systems such as ERP, MES, and PLM.

The role focuses on L1/L2 support, incident management, and collaboration with product managers to resolve complex issues. This is a full-time on-site position at our Long Beach location.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT or information systems support experience.
• Experience handling tickets in a service desk.
• Experience with ITSM tools.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 support for Enterprise Systems (ERP, MES, PLM).
• Resolve incidents in ITSM systems while meeting SLA targets.
• Act as first point of contact for software/application issues.
• Coordinate license provisioning for engineering and corporate systems.
• Support multiple locations and collaborate with stakeholders.
