Job summary

LVD Strippit, Inc. is seeking an ERP/IT support specialist responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining a wide range of company computer resources including ERP-related modules, time and attendance integration, and Salesforce support.

Responsibilities include user support, licensing management, ERP-LN integration, and contributing to software implementation projects with the parent company.

Qualifications

• Two-year associate degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
• Experience in an ERP support role preferred.
• Understanding of basic business processes helpful.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level user support for all software products.
• Review, evaluate, and maintain up-to-date software licenses and maintenance agreements.
• Assist with software training of new employees as needed.
• Provide user support for time and attendance software and ERP-LN integration.
• Troubleshoot phone system software and virus protection software issues.

Job description

You will be responsible for the acquisition, installation, configuration, monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of a wide variety of company-related computer resources. This includes, but is not limited to, network routers and switches, cabling, firewalls, wireless access points, server hardware and operating systems, printers, user computers, laptops, Microsoft Office 365, MS Exchange Server, SQL Server, and shop floor data collection devices. You will also maintain server backup and recovery planning and execution, set up and maintain user accounts, and provide user support for the ERP software, including writing new reporting queries from the ERP database, scheduling ERP-dependent jobs, initiating month-end and year-end financial close jobs, and overseeing the importing and exporting of data in support of the ERP system. Additionally, you will coordinate major software implementation projects with the parent company, provide user support for Salesforce, troubleshoot and solve user problems across all software applications, and investigate and solve RMC time and attendance issues with integration to ERP-LN. You will be the primary interface with Headquarters IT personnel for software-related matters.

• Knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policies.
• Knowledge of Infor ERP-LN and Salesforce is preferred.
