Job summary

Goldbelt Incorporated in Herndon, Virginia, seeks an IT Support Technician II to partner with the IT Manager on projects, resolve crises, and implement technology solutions across the organization. You will provide Tier-1 and Tier-2 support, manage Windows OS, Office 365, and device policies, and help maintain service catalogs and asset records.

This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days onsite weekly; you should be detail-oriented, able to communicate effectively with coworkers, partners,

Qualifications

• Provide IT support to all levels, up to C-level.
• Experience with asset management and inventory control.
• Experience with mobile device management.
• Deploy device policies and manage service catalogs.
• Thrive in a dynamic corporate environment and adapt quickly.
• Strong communication and cross-functional teamwork.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and move equipment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily ticket queue and manage IT infrastructure.
• Perform routine maintenance and software upgrades.
• Support IT assets and enterprise applications across the organization.
• Assist with special IT projects as needed.
• Provide remote support using TeamViewer and similar tools.
