Responsibilities

• Resolve real-time user issues across software, networking, and OS.
• Route and triage incidents globally; assign to tech staff.
• Maintain domain; assist with Webfilter, Internet and Firewall issues.
• Provide remote and on-site support; prepare reports.
• Support device procurement setup and troubleshooting.
• Record issues accurately in the tracking system.
• Minimal travel to domestic facilities.
• Participate in problem resolution and testing.
