Job summary

Integrated Water Services (IWS) seeks a Director of IT to lead the enterprise technology strategy across multiple sites, drive cybersecurity initiatives, and scale ERP/CRM/HRIS ecosystems. You will partner with the CFO, operations, engineering, and finance teams to align technology with strategic growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years IT experience, including 5+ years in leadership.
• Proven success leading cybersecurity, infrastructure, and enterprise business systems initiatives.
• Experience developing technology strategy, managing budgets, and overseeing vendor partnerships.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to travel periodically to company locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise IT strategy and technology roadmap aligned with business growth objectives.
• Lead cybersecurity, risk management, incident response, disaster recovery, and compliance initiatives.
• Oversee core business applications including ERP, CRM, HRIS, project management, and field service platforms.
• Drive data governance, system integration, and analytics capabilities that improve operational visibility and decision-making.
• Ensure reliable, secure, and scalable infrastructure supporting offices, manufacturing facilities, and remote field teams.
• Lead IT due diligence and technology integration activities for acquisitions, helping unify acquired businesses onto common platforms.
• Build and develop an IT organization while managing key vendor and managed service provider relationships.
