Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS or related field.
• 10 years of progressive IT experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing technology teams.
• Experience managing cybersecurity programs and cloud environments.
• Working knowledge of DoD security protocols and federal compliance frameworks including NIST SP 800-171, CMMC Level 2, and the Joint Certification Program (DD Form 2345).
• Willingness to travel to jobsites approximately 25-40% of the time.

• Lead IT strategy and digital transformation across multi-state operations.
• Oversee cybersecurity posture, policies, and incident response.
• Manage construction technology integrations and ERP/CRM systems.
• Administer and optimize SaaS environments and licensing.
• Oversee hardware lifecycle and mobile device management.
• Provide end-user support and ensure system reliability.
• Travel to project sites to deploy technology infrastructure.
