Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive IT experience with at least 5 years in leadership.
• Proven experience managing large-scale ERP and CRM platforms.
• Deep knowledge of system architecture, databases, networking, and security.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) preferred.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tooling.
• Strong project portfolio management — scope, budget, timeline, and quality.
• Change management expertise; ability to lead transformation.
• Exceptional communication skills for executive and business audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering; Master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute IT systems strategy aligned to business objectives.

• Contribute to IT roadmap and multi-year budget planning.
• Stay current on emerging technologies and drive adoption.
