Job summary

Synopsys Inc is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of large ERP/SAP transformation programs and digital platform initiatives across the CIO organization. You will coordinate across architecture, data, security, and business teams to drive successful delivery.

The role requires a proven track record in ERP/SAP transformations, strong stakeholder management, and hands-on delivery using Jira within hybrid delivery environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years managing complex enterprise IT programs.
• Proven ERP/SAP transformation experience (SAP preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Jira and portfolio visibility.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of large, multi-workstream enterprise programs across ERP/SAP transformation, digital platforms, infrastructure, cloud, and security.
• Lead complex ERP and SAP transformations, coordinating across functions, enterprise applications, architecture, data, integrations, infrastructure, and external partners.
• Translate strategic CIO priorities into executable roadmaps with milestones and dependency maps.
• Establish program governance with executive reporting, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
• Manage program finances, forecasting, vendor partnerships, and resource planning.
• Identify and mitigate risks, blockers, and cross-team dependencies.
• Support M&A and divestiture IT integration programs, tracking timelines and risks.
• Shape portfolio strategy with CIO Office and define OKRs and success metrics.
