Job summary

Justrite Safety Group is seeking a Senior Manager, ERP Applications to lead Global Shop ERP across multiple manufacturing units. You will own the ERP strategy, drive full lifecycle implementations, and mentor a team of ERP professionals to ensure data integrity and operational excellence.

You will collaborate with business leaders to optimize processes, coordinate upgrades, and deliver tangible improvements in production, inventory, and purchasing workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field is strongly preferred.
• 7–10 years of experience supporting enterprise ERP systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on Global Shop ERP experience required.
• Demonstrated experience leading full lifecycle ERP implementations from planning through post-go-live support.
• Experience managing software vendors and implementation partners.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Advanced functional and technical knowledge of the Global Shop ERP system.
• Experience configuring and supporting manufacturing ERP environments.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations including production, inventory, purchasing, warehouse management, and shop floor processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary owner and subject matter expert for the Global Shop ERP application across multiple manufacturing businesses.
• Lead full lifecycle ERP implementations including planning, requirements gathering, configuration, testing, training, cutover, go-live, and post-implementation support.
• Develop and manage implementation project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and communications.
• Configure and maintain Global Shop modules to support manufacturing, inventory, purchasing, production scheduling, engineering, and other business functions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues, data inconsistencies, and integration failures.
• Develop and maintain PSQL queries, reports, dashboards, and data extracts.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams and third-party vendors to support ERP integrations.
• Coordinate software upgrades, patches, enhancements, and testing activities with vendors and partners.
• Provide documentation of ERP configurations, SOPs, and technical guides.
• Train end users and business process owners on ERP functionality and best practices.
• Manage vendor/partner relationships and oversee issue resolution and enhancements.
• Mentor ERP support staff and help establish support standards and processes.
• Support acquisitions and future ERP expansion initiatives as assigned.
