Job summary

Justrite Safety Group is seeking a Senior Manager, ERP Applications to lead Global Shop ERP across multiple manufacturing units. You will own the ERP platform, manage implementations, tailor configurations, and drive process improvements while mentoring the ERP team.

The role emphasizes hands-on technical leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic partnership with business leaders to optimize manufacturing operations and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field.
• 7–10 years supporting enterprise ERP in manufacturing environments.
• Minimum of 5 years hands-on Global Shop ERP experience.
• Led full lifecycle ERP implementations from planning to post-go-live.
• Experience managing software vendors and implementation partners.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Global Shop ERP and manufacturing operations (production, inventory, purchasing, WMS, shop floor).
• Strong skills writing/troubleshooting PSQL, and developing operational reports/data extracts.
• Experience ERP integrations and security, user administration, and MS Office 365 tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary owner and SME for Global Shop ERP across multiple manufacturing businesses.
• Lead full lifecycle ERP implementations: planning, requirements, config, testing, go-live, and support.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, risks, and communications.
• Configure Global Shop modules to support manufacturing, inventory, purchasing, scheduling, and more.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, data inconsistencies, and integrations with third parties.
• Develop queries, dashboards, and reports to support operational decision-making.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors to support ERP integrations.
• Mentor ERP support personnel and establish support standards and processes.
• Support acquisitions and future ERP expansion initiatives; travel 10–20% as needed.
