ConRes Continental Resources in Bedford, MA is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to generate new business for its Systems and Network Integration team. You will engage potential clients by cold calling, attend vendor events, and cultivate strong relationships with technology partners.

The ideal candidate holds a BA/BS in Marketing or Business Administration, has 2–5 years in technology sales, and is proficient with Salesforce CRM.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field.
• 2-5 years’ experience in technology sales.
• Experience using a CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Organized, efficient, and detail oriented.
• Strong interpersonal skills; a team player and self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Creatively generate new prospecting techniques and identify new business opportunities.
• Cold call target accounts and set up client presentations.
• Use solution selling to identify business needs and develop IT solutions for enterprise accounts.
• Maintain strong business contacts with IT partners and customers.
• Develop and use account management tools to track sales activity.
• Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
• Be familiar with pricing and payment plans.
• Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
