Job summary

Voxel is seeking a Solutions Architect, Enterprise IT, to be the technical expert on our largest enterprise deals. You will partner with sales and account teams to design how Voxel's edge AI platform fits into customers' environments, from network access to security and compliance.

You will lead technical discussions, translate complex requirements into practical solutions, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to ensure scalable integration across customer environments.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in solutions architecture or enterprise IT roles.
• Deep expertise in corporate IT networking (TCP/IP, routing, firewalls, VPNs, Linux, edge/IoT).
• Experience leading technical discussions with senior stakeholders across IT, security, and infrastructure.
• Proven ability to gather requirements from enterprise customers and translate them into clear technical requirements for Engineering.
• Strong track record of creating customer-facing technical documentation, solution designs, and architecture diagrams.
• Familiarity with enterprise security requirements and processes such as security reviews and compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001).

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with enterprise IT, security, and infrastructure teams to understand environments and constraints.
• Design tailored solutions meeting customer requirements, including network access, device management, and security.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success on large deals to resolve technical blockers.
• Own Voxel's security/compliance with customer requirements and lead security reviews and architecture approvals.
• Create clear customer-facing solution documents and diagrams translating complex requirements into actionable decisions.
• Coordinate with Deployment to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
• Serve as senior escalation point for complex IT, network, and security challenges during sales and deployment.
• Voice of enterprise customers to Product and Engineering to shape the roadmap.
• Build reusable reference architectures and patterns to accelerate future enterprise work.
