Job summary

EVOTEK, Inc. is hiring a Platform Architect to serve as a client-facing technical strategist and solution designer. You will architect complex enterprise solutions for on-prem, cloud, or hybrid environments and drive pre-sales discovery, design, and validation with customers.

You will lead architecture discussions, develop scalable virtualization and containerization strategies, and integrate data and AI/ML capabilities to accelerate customer transformation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise architecture, systems integration, or platform engineering.
• Proven pre-sales architecture or technical consulting experience.
• On-prem architecture plus cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Strong virtualization and container tech (VMware, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).

Responsibilities

• Drive pre-sales activities with sales to identify client needs and craft solutions.
• Build relationships with clients and prospects and lead architecture design.
• Design architectures for on-prem, cloud, or hybrid environments.
• Develop virtualization and containerization strategies for multi-cloud deployments.
• Integrate data management, analytics, and AI/ML into platform architectures.
• Lead technical presentations, demos, and align solutions with business goals.
• Evaluate hardware/software options leveraging vendor relationships.
• Support proposals, RFPs, and pricing from an architectural view.
• Provide technical assurance during implementation and handoff to delivery teams.
• Produce architecture docs, high-level designs, and BOMs.
