Qualifications

• 10+ years in architecture roles (Enterprise/Principal).
• Extensive Databricks/Lakehouse experience (Delta Lake, Spark, Unity Catalog).
• Proven ability to lead cross-domain data products in regulated environments.
• Strong vendor evaluation and POC leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture for cross-domain analytical products spanning clinical, spend, and operational data.
• Define and drive technical strategy for enterprise data and analytics platforms.
• Develop architectural blueprints for modern data stacks and AI/ML systems.
• Design data pipelines, ETL/ELT, and data models to support analytics.
• Oversee POCs, vendor evaluations, and implementation of scalable data solutions.
• Communicate architecture patterns and trade-offs to stakeholders.
