Job summary

Dallas Cowboys Merchandising seeks an Enterprise Support Site Lead to oversee onsite IT support for the distribution center, offices, and Pro Shop locations in Frisco, TX. You will lead day-to-day operations, coordinate escalation for endpoint, retail, and warehouse tech, and partner with infrastructure, security, and business applications teams to keep critical operations running.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in enterprise desktop support, retail systems, or technical operations with 1+ year in a lead role.
• Hands-on with endpoint management platforms and Windows/macOS administration.
• Experience supporting retail POS and warehouse scanning hardware.
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals; Cisco Meraki preferred.
• Experience with ITSM ticketing platforms (TeamDynamix preferred).
• Clear communicator with non-technical users and executives under pressure.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field preferred; equivalent experience ok.
• Certifications: Jamf 100/200, Microsoft Endpoint Administrator, Network+/Security+.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage onsite IT support operations with direction and escalation.
• Serve as primary technical escalation point for incidents across teams.
• Develop and maintain IT SOPs, knowledge bases, and training materials.
• Administer endpoint management for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
• Oversee IT asset lifecycle: procurement, inventory, disposal, audits.
• Manage enterprise mobility, telecom services, and cost optimization.
• Support retail technology operations across Pro Shop locations.
• Maintain warehouse and supply chain technology environments.
• Provide executive, VIP, and event tech support for senior leaders and gamedays.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
